Leamington Hastings Parish Hall, Birdingbury Rd, Hill, CV23 8EA.
Proposals for the Agenda: to be received 28 days prior
Nominations for Committee: to be received 21 days prior

The provisional agenda opposite is subject to change. The full agenda, complete with reports, previous minutes and any additional information will be forwarded to the membership 14 days (postmark) prior to the AGM.
For clarity the milestone dates for the 2025 AGM are:
Proposal submission for agenda items – Sunday 9th March 2025
Nominations for Committee – Sunday 16th March 2025

An AGM pack containing the information stated above will be sent to all Members with 2025 subscription paid on or before Sunday 9th March 2025. Where possible to enable timely delivery, together with cost savings to the Club, packs will be sent via email. Printed copy will be forwarded by post 14 days (postmark) prior to the AGM to Members who we do not hold an email address.
