The Officers and Committee of the Welsh Springer Spaniel Club are saddened to learn of the death of past chairman, Arlene Tester. Arlene was passionate about Welsh Springer Spaniels and supported the Club, its members, and Welsh Springer Spaniel owners over multiple decades. Our thoughts are with Arlene’s family and friends at this time.
